#TIPAlmonds contain prebiotics that stimulate the growth of intestinal beneficial bacteria. It is also good to make the milk by mixing with water at a ratio of 1:1. If you are a 100% vegetarian, you can substitute almond milk for low-fat milk.

  1. 1. Soak the almonds in water for over 3 hours.
  2. 2. Transfer the soaked almonds into a larger bowl and blend ladle by ladle.
  3. 3. Strain the almond milk with a cotton cloth.

Almonds are rich in nutrients including fiber, vitamin E, and magnesium and are effective for anti-oxidant activity.
