A few months ago, we weighed, juiced, and measured 6 popular ingredients to see how much produce was needed for 1 cup of juice. Now, we've put 7 more ingredients to the test.

Note: juice yield will vary based on the quality of your produce. Fresh fruits and vegetables provide the highest yield, and they also provide the best taste and texture. Similarly, juicing speed will vary based on the size and quality of the ingredients.

Ingredients were juiced with the EVO820.
